Application
- Shake before use.
- Apply generously and evenly at least 20 minutes before sun exposure.
- Apply plenty of sunscreen. The Australian Cancer Center recommends one teaspoon per limb. Front and back of the body.
- Make sure you reapply every 2 hours and don't forget to reapply more often after swimming, exercising and towel drying.
- TIP: Set an alarm on your cell phone so that you reapply regularly.
- We are advocates of sun and skin protection and recommend a comprehensive sun protection program. This includes wearing a hat, sunglasses and protective clothing and seeking shade to avoid direct UV radiation. Your sun protection regimen should also include wearing a natural sunscreen. When spending a long time in the sun, always pay attention to yourself and others (including animals!).
