Shipping and returns
General delivery information
All orders in Germany are delivered climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen. The average delivery time within Germany is 1-3 working days. For DHL parcel shop delivery, please state your individual DHL post number. The flat-rate shipping fee includes the statutory value-added tax. The shipping costs are communicated in the shopping cart system and on the order page. All packages are insured against loss or damage in transit.
Orders to other European countries are carried out with DHL International. For selected countries, we also offer shipping with Warenpost International Premium. This shipping method is carried out by Deutsche Post and the national partner post in the respective country. This shipping method is cheaper, but can also take two days longer. The packages are shipped with tracking, which is usually available one day after shipment. The average delivery time within Europe is 3-7 working days.

Delivery not possible
If the customer cannot be found when DHL tries to deliver, the package will be kept for 7 working days at the nearest post office for collection. The postman leaves a note. After that, the package will be sent back to us. The resulting return costs (€5,95) and additional shipping costs (€4,95) for a possible second delivery will be borne by the buyer. If the address details were incorrect or delivery is refused, the package will also be returned to us. Here, too, the customer bears the return costs.
Our packaging
The natural filling material made from corn starch is 100% degradable and compostable. The box and greeting card are made from recycled paper and the packing tape is also based on paper and can be disposed of in the waste paper bin. The samples are placed in small glassine bags, which can also be disposed of in the waste paper bin. Only the plastic containers for samples must be disposed of with residual waste. Depending on the regulations, disposal via the yellow bag is also possible.
We pride ourselves on the fact that our packaging is made entirely from recycled materials and is also completely recyclable.
Return
You can return the order to us within 14 days of delivery. A refund can only be made if the item is original packaging, unused and undamaged arrive at our place.
If we have sent an incorrect or defective product, we will bear the return costs.
For all other return reasons, the buyer is responsible for the return costs incurred. Return costs in Germany are a flat rate of €5,95 per return shipment. Return costs from other EU countries are €13.95 and from non-EU countries €17.95. After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund all payments minus the return costs.

Please send an email to info@blanda-beauty.com or a letter to our postal address stating that you would like to return a product. We will then contact you about the next steps. You will receive a return label by email. Our return process is quick and straightforward.
Shipping to Switzerland
Deliveries to Switzerland are exempt from German VAT (19%). It should be noted that the currently valid Swiss VAT must be paid when importing into Switzerland. This tax is usually settled directly by the parcel delivery company. Shipping is only possible up to a net value of 999 Swiss Francs. The reason for this is the complex customs formalities that are incurred for goods with a net value of CHF 1000 or more.
When checking out, please enter the code “SCHWEIZ-MWST” in the “Discount code” field. This means that the German VAT is deducted from the order value. This code is only valid for people who have a home and delivery address in Switzerland. The statutory Swiss VAT and any customs fees will be charged to you by the Swiss customs or parcel delivery service. Please understand that we cannot cover these costs.
If you want to use a different code, you are welcome to do that. Since it is technically not possible to enter two codes, we will deduct the VAT from your order afterwards.
