Shipping & Returns

Your package will usually be ready for dispatch within 24 hours (business days). Shipping within Germany takes 1-3 working days on average. For sample set orders, processing can take several days.

You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as the order has been sent. A tracking number is given in the email with which you can track your DHL package.

Yes, we deliver to parcel shops, packing stations and post offices

IMPORTANT: For deliveries to DHL parcel shops, packing stations or branches, you must enter your individual DHL post number (6 to 9 digits).

Within Germany we ship free of charge from an order value of €60,00. Up to €60,00, shipping with DHL GoGreen costs €4,95.

If the address details were incorrect or the customer cannot be found when DHL tries to deliver, the package will be kept for 7 working days at the nearest post office for collection. The postman leaves a note. Then the package will be sent back to us. The resulting return costs (€ 5,95) and additional shipping costs (for a second delivery) are borne by the buyer.

Deliveries to Switzerland are exempt from German VAT (19%). It should be noted that with the import into Switzerland, the currently valid Swiss VAT has to be paid by the customer. This tax is usually settled directly by the parcel delivery company in question. Shipping is only possible up to a net value of goods of 999 Swiss Francs. The reason for this is the complex customs formalities that apply to goods with a net value of CHF 1000 or more.

Please enter the code “SCHWEIZ-MWST” in the “Discount code” field at the checkout. This means that the German VAT is deducted from the order value. This code is only valid for people who have a home and delivery address in Switzerland. The statutory Swiss VAT and any customs fees will be charged to you by the Swiss customs or parcel delivery company.

If you want to use a different code, you are welcome to do that. Since it is not possible to use two codes, we will subsequently deduct the VAT from your order.

Deliveries abroad are carried out with DHL International. For selected countries, we also offer shipping with Warenpost International Premium.

Orders usually leave our warehouse within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible via email: info@blanda-beauty.com.

We will inform you as soon as possible whether cancellation is still possible or whether the order is already on its way to you.

Yes, you can return the product to us within 14 days of delivery. A refund can only be made if the item arrives in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. A return in Germany costs a flat rate of € 5.95.

Please send an email to info@blanda-beauty.com or a letter to our postal address stating that you would like to return a product.

Return costs from other EU countries are €14.95 and from non-EU countries €18.95. After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund all payments minus the return costs.

We will then contact you about how to proceed. You will receive a return letter by emailabel from us. The Label you can print it out or have it scanned at a DHL delivery point.

With us you can pay conveniently and securely with your Master Card, Visa Card or American Express Card. Please have the following information ready: credit card, credit card number, verification number and the expiry date of your card. When you submit your order, you also provide us with your credit card details. After your legitimation as the legal cardholder, we will ask your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after the order has been placed. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by the credit card company and your card is charged.

In the order process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.

After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. To be able to pay the invoice amount immediately, you must have an online banking account with PIN / TAN procedure activated to participate in Sofort, have yourself legitimized and confirm the payment order to us. You'll get more information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be immediately executed immediately and your account debited.

After receiving your order, you will receive an invoice. The invoice will be sent in a separate email. Usually the invoice is sent the day after the order is placed. You can pay the invoice by bank transfer. After receipt of payment, the order will be made ready for dispatch and shipped. Please note that a transfer can sometimes take 2 to 3 working days.

Yes, you get 2 samples free with every order!

In the shopping cart you have the option of specifying your desired samples. We can provide a sample of most products, either in a pre-made sachet or filled by hand. There are brands or products for which there are no samples. If this is the case, we will try to find a suitable alternative.

If you do not wish to receive any samples, please also make a note in the text field.

In contrast to the free samples with a regular order, this is Samples set a product that can be bought. With the sample set you can test 3 or 5 products. To do this, enter the sample requests in the free text field in the shopping cart. We are happy to provide you with 2 alternatives if we cannot meet your first wishes.

The  Samples set costs € 5,90 or € 9.90 including shipping. Please enter the code PROBENSETFREE in the discount field. With the code, the sample set will be sent free of charge. The code is only valid for sample set orders.

The sample set is sent as a letter without tracking. Unfortunately, delivery to a DHL Packstation is not possible.

PACKAGING

The natural filling material made from corn starch is 100% degradable and compostable. The box and greeting card are made from recycled paper and the packing tape is also based on paper and can be disposed of in the waste paper bin. The samples are placed in small glassine bags, which can also be disposed of in the waste paper bin. Only the plastic containers for samples must be disposed of with residual waste. Depending on the regulations, disposal via the yellow bag is also possible.
