Shipping in Germany

*IMPORTANT: For the parcel shop delivery DHL please state your individual DHL post number. The post number is required to make deliveries to DHL Packstations, DHL parcel shops or post offices. You will receive your individual post number directly from DHL. To do this, you have to register with DHL for deliveries to packing stations.

The DHL parcels are shipped with DHL GoGreen sent. With climate-neutral shipping, CO2 emissions are neutralized - 100% climate-neutral.

Free shipping from 45 € order value

The shipping fee includes the statutory value added tax. The shipping costs are indicated in the shopping cart system and on the order page. All packages are insured against loss or damage in transit. The average delivery time within Germany is 1-3 working days.

If the buyer cannot be found when DHL tries to deliver, the package will be kept for 7 working days at the nearest post office for collection. Then the package will be sent back to us. The resulting return costs and additional shipping costs (for a second delivery) are borne by the buyer. 

Delivery not possible

If the address details were incorrect or the customer cannot be found when DHL tries to deliver, the package will be kept for 7 working days at the nearest post office for collection. The postman leaves a note. Then the package will be sent back to us. The resulting return costs (€ 4,95) and additional shipping costs (€ 4,95) for a second delivery are borne by the buyer.

Our packaging

The package and filling material are made of recycled paper / cardboard and can be easily disposed of in the waste paper bin. The packaging tape is also based on paper, without synthetic adhesive and can also be disposed of in the waste paper bin. The enclosed postcard is printed on recycled paper. We are one of the few companies whose packaging is made entirely from recycled materials and is 100% recyclable.

Return

You can return the order to us within 14 days of delivery. A refund can only be made if the item is original packaging, unused  and undamaged arrive at our place.

If we have sent the wrong or faulty product, we will of course bear the return costs.

For all other reasons for returns, the buyer bears the return costs incurred. Return costs in Germany are a flat rate of € 4,95 per return shipment. After receiving and checking the goods, we will reimburse you for all payments minus the return costs.

Please send an email to info@blanda-beauty.com or a letter to our postal address stating that you would like to return a product.

We will then contact you about how to proceed. You will receive a link to our returns portal by email, which you can use to send the returnsabel can print out. Our return process is straightforward and quick.

Shipping / Shipping International

Free shipping for orders over €75

The shipping fee includes the statutory value added tax. The shipping costs are indicated in the shopping cart system and on the order page. All packages are insured against loss or damage in transit. The average delivery time within Europe is 3-7 working days. 

Shipping to Switzerland

Deliveries to Switzerland are exempt from German VAT (19%). It should be noted that the currently valid Swiss VAT must be paid when importing into Switzerland. This tax is usually settled directly by the parcel delivery company. Shipping is only possible up to a net value of 999 Swiss Francs. The reason for this is the complex customs formalities that are incurred for goods with a net value of CHF 1000 or more.

When checking out, please enter the code “SCHWEIZ-MWST” in the “Discount code” field. This means that the German VAT is deducted from the order value. This code is only valid for people who have a home and delivery address in Switzerland. The statutory Swiss VAT and any customs fees will be charged to you by the Swiss customs or parcel delivery service. Please understand that we cannot cover these costs.

If you want to use a different code, you are welcome to do that. Since it is technically not possible to enter two codes, we will deduct the VAT from your order afterwards.

The shipping fee includes VAT. The shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart system and on the order page. All packages are insured against loss or damage during transport. The average delivery time within Europe is 3-7 working days.

Shipping to Switzerland

Deliveries to Switzerland are exempt from German VAT (19%). Please note that with the import into Switzerland the Swiss value added tax has to be paid. This tax is usually settled directly by the parcel delivery service. Shipping is only possible up to a value of 999 Swiss Francs net. The reason for this is additional customs formalities starting from a commodity value of 1000 .-- Swiss Francs net.

Please enter the code "SWITZERLAND-VAT" in the field "Discount code" at check-out. This will deduct the German VAT from the order value. This code is only valid for persons who have a residence and delivery address in Switzerland. The statutory Swiss value added tax as well as any customs duties will be charged to the customer by Swiss Customs or the parcel delivery company directly. Please understand that Blanda Beauty is not responsible for these costs.

If you want to use a different code, you are welcome to do that. Since it is technically not possible to enter two codes, we will deduct the VAT from your order afterwards.
