The Palo Santo wood from Anima Mundi is, contrary to that of many other suppliers, obtained from sustainably and ethically responsibly from naturally fallen and dead trees. The indigenous families living on site are directly supported by receiving fair, living wages for their work.
Application
- Use a candle, match or lighter to ignite the Palo Santo Stick.
- Hold it at about a 45 degree angle and twist the tip down toward the flame. Let the stick burn for about 30 seconds to 1 minute and then blow it out.
- Use the piece of wood to smoke your workplace, your home, the car, the bathroom and all that energy
- In addition to good feelings, the rich scent will also bring calm and clarity.
- When finished, place the stick in a heatproof metal, glass, or clay bowl. The glow will stop on its own unless you blow on the embers which will keep the smoke active.
- Always be careful and respectful when handling fire.

- The Palo Santo of Anima Mundi 100% ethically harvested in Peru. Anima Mundi works directly with a small local family from the Lambayeque - Región Chiclayo in northern Peru. They ethically harvest from naturally fallen and aged trees (at least four years old) and replant them in the wild. The family they work with have been stewards of this protected land for generations and have tended these trees in a "reverent" manner for over 100 years.
