Active ingredients

• Aloe Vera Extract / Juice (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract / Juice) provides natural moisture, prevents the skin from drying out and strengthens the natural skin barrier. Aloe Vera contains vitamins, minerals, enzymes and essential amino acids. Provides oxygen to the skin and is believed to be effective in supporting cell renewal. Binds moisture, has a cooling, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect.
• Bearberry Extract (Arctostaphylos Uva Ursi (Bearberry) Leaf Extract) is obtained from the evergreen or true bearberry. The small plant with beautiful red berries is widespread and often found in mountains. Bearberry is a well-known medicinal herb, in skin care its brightening, calming, balancing and anti-inflammatory properties are ascribed.
• Niacinamide (vitamin B3) – supports the synthesis of lipids and ceramides, which are essential for the skin’s barrier function. They improve skin texture and even out uneven skin tone. The vitamins also help with hyperpigmentation and skin redness. Niacinamides can regulate sebum production and reduce overproduction. This makes pores appear smaller and less “stretched”. Thanks to its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, niacinamide can also have a positive effect on inflammation and moderate acne.
• Ferments – During fermentation, a natural ingredient is mixed with certain enzymes and/or bacteria, mostly the probiotic Lactobacillus. During the fermentation process, the raw material is broken down and additional valuable amino acids, vitamins and antioxidants are produced. This allows the active ingredient to develop its full power and optimally care for the skin. The split molecules are also smaller and can therefore be better and more effectively recognized and absorbed by the body. The fermentation also counteracts pathogens and fungi, which means that the ingredients can be preserved on their own and the addition of preservatives can be dispensed with.
• Lime (Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Fruit Extract / Oil) is considered antiseptic, antibacterial and antiviral in skin care and has a disinfecting effect. Lime is a powerful antioxidant with a high vitamin C and E content. It stimulates blood circulation, supports skin renewal and can help with uneven skin tone and pigmentation.
• Vitamin C is a very powerful antioxidant that is involved in various enzymatic processes. Among other things, it promotes collagen synthesis, acts as a radical scavenger and protects the skin from oxidative stress. Vitamin C has a balancing effect on the skin tone and promotes an even and radiant complexion. Vitamin C can reduce sun damage and pigment spots and fight inflammation and skin irritation.
• Licorice Root Extract (Glycyrrhiza Glabra Root Extract) has an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect. It is known for its skin-smoothing and anti-itch properties. Often used on inflammatory, irritated and sensitive skin. Its ability to fight viruses and bacteria makes licorice a powerful and popular ingredient in skin care.
• Papaya (Carica Papaya (Papaya) Seed Oil / Extract) - the high vitamin C content supports collagen production and thus has a firming effect on the skin. Beta-carotene, vitamins A and E are powerful antioxidants that fight free radicals and improve complexion. Enzymes loosen dead skin cells and refine the complexion. Papaya contains the enzyme papain, which helps exfoliate the skin naturally to remove dead skin cells and cleanse the pores. Papaya also helps moisturize and regenerate the skin while improving its elasticity. The abundance of vitamin C helps lighten and even out skin tone.
• Thanks to its polysaccharide structure, red algae extract can provide the skin with lasting moisture. Red algae is also considered to be particularly kind to the skin and promotes a smooth complexion. Uneven skin can be significantly smoother and the complexion visibly finer. The algae supports cell renewal and ensures more elasticity.
• Honeysuckle flower extract (Lonicera japonica flower extract) is traditionally used in Japan and East Asia to care for inflamed or stressed skin. • Rosehip seed oil or wild rose oil (Rosa Canina Fruit Oil) is obtained from the fruits of the dog rose and is considered a very effective vegetable oil for skin care. The oil is rich in provitamin A, vitamins C and E, minerals, carotenoids and polyunsaturated fatty acids. Wild rose oil fights free radicals, promotes cell renewal in the skin and has a balancing effect on the skin tone. The oil promotes collagen production, is well tolerated and very suitable for dry, flaky skin, pigment spots and scars. Impure skin also benefits from the high proportion of anti-inflammatory linoleic and linolenic acids.
