Should I apply Liquid Powder Eye Tint with my fingers or a brush?
Liquid Powder is easy to apply with your fingers, but a flat brush also works well. Blend it with a gentle movement.
Do I need a primer under Liquid Powder Eye Tint?
Liquid Powder works best when applied to clean eyelids. The quick-drying formula is designed to cure to a smudge-proof finish in seconds - no primer required.
Can the formula wrinkle or smudge?
Everyone's eyelids are different, but Liquid Powder is formulated to set quickly and not budge or smudge.
Can it be built?
Yes - Liquid Powder builds best when applied in thin, thin layers. Be sure to allow each coat to dry completely before applying more paint.
Can I layer the matte and colorful shades on top of each other?
