Terms & Conditions
For all orders via our online shop, the following terms and conditions apply. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of his commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contractor contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Julia Kitschenberg (owner of Blanda Beauty). More information about us can be found in the imprint.
The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. You can put our products initially without obligation in the cart and correct your input before submitting your binding order at any time, by providing this in the order process and use explained proofing tools. By clicking on the order button you place a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be made by e-mail immediately after sending the order.
When the contract is concluded with us depends on the payment method chosen by you:
- Credit card
By submitting the order, you also transmit your credit card data to us at the same time. Once you have become a legitimate cardholder, we will ask your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction and accept your offer.
- PayPal Express
In the order process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment order to PayPal. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH, where you confirm the payment order. This is the contract with us.
- Amazon Pay
Pay now with your existing Amazon account. Simply select AMAZON PAY in the shopping cart. A pop-up opens here in which you log in with your Amazon data. You can now access all addresses and payment methods that you have stored on Amazon.
3. Contract language, treaty text storage
The language available for the contract is German.
We do not save the text of the contract in these terms and conditions. You can call up the current version of the terms and conditions in our online shop. You also have the option of calling up our terms and conditions before submitting your binding order and printing them out using your browser or saving them electronically.
4. Delivery terms
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may also apply. For more detailed information on shipping costs, see Shipping costs.
We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.
In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available:
By submitting the order, you also transmit your credit card data to us at the same time.
After your legitimacy as a legitimate cardholder, we request your credit card issuer immediately after the order to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically performed by the credit card company and charged to your card.
In the order process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
Pay Now (Klarna)
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. To be able to pay the invoice amount immediately, you must have an online banking account with PIN / TAN procedure activated to participate in Sofort, have yourself legitimized and confirm the payment order to us. You'll get more information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be immediately executed immediately and your account debited.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
7. transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the delivery company as soon as possible and contact us immediately. The non-compliance of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the freight carrier or the transport insurance.
8. Liability for defects and guarantees
The statutory right to liability for defects applies. The goods delivered by the seller are only guaranteed if this has been expressly given.
The following exclusions and limitations of liability apply to the seller's liability for damages, without prejudice to the other statutory entitlement requirements:
- The seller has unlimited liability insofar as the cause of the damage is based on intent or gross negligence.
- Furthermore, the seller is liable for the slightly negligent breach of essential obligations, the breach of which jeopardizes the achievement of the purpose of the contract, or for the breach of obligations, the fulfillment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance the customer regularly relies. In this case, however, the seller is only liable for the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. The seller is not liable for the slightly negligent breach of obligations other than those mentioned in the preceding sentences.
- The above limitations of liability do not apply in the case of injury to life, body and health, for a defect after assuming a guarantee for the quality of the product and for fraudulently concealed defects. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
- As far as the liability of the seller is excluded or limited, this also applies to the personal liability of employees, representatives and vicarious agents.
10. Dispute Settlement
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (OS) platform, available here https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are ready to take part in an extrajudicial conciliation procedure before a consumer sacking center.
