Can I consume more than one tablespoon of Oxymel per day?

Naturally cloudy apple cider vinegar is a fermented home remedy that is thousands of years old. We use it in its most natural, unpasteurized form.

Raw honey, sourced from organic beekeeping in Brandenburg. It still contains all of its valuable substances and preserves the wild herbs in a natural way.

Chamomile is probably one of the best-known home remedies and has been tried and tested for thousands of years. It colors the Oxymel gold-yellow.

Peppermint is characterized by its high menthol content. Their ancestors are the brook mint and the spearmint.

Yarrow is also called "Eyebrow of Venus" or "Soldier's Herb". Their leaves actually look like little green eyebrows.
