Application

• Put about 1 tablespoon in a cup of hot water. Leave for 10-15 minutes, strain and enjoy the warmth.
• If needed, add your choice of (plant-based) milk or sweetener for an extra cozy cup of magic.
• Leaving it overnight is also a wonderful method. In a large container, add 1 tablespoon per cup of hot water and leave overnight. Drink at room temperature in the morning.
