Application

• Apply a thin layer to the lower abdomen 1-2 times a day or as needed and massage gently in circular motions for 2 minutes.
• If necessary, also cream the lower back.

Active ingredients

• Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil) - The high content of fatty acids makes the skin soft, supple and resilient. The oil has an antibacterial effect, is quickly absorbed and contains vitamins B, E, minerals and beta-carotene (provitamin A). Strengthens cell development and cell renewal, counteracts skin aging and strengthens the skin's natural protective barrier. Also very suitable for hair and scalp care. Incidentally, jojoba oil is actually not an oil, but a vegetable wax.
• St. John's Wort (Hypericum Perforatum (St. John`s Wort / Wart) Extract) has calming, relaxing, healing and antiseptic properties. It is very well tolerated, promotes the regeneration of the top layer of skin and refines the complexion. It has always been valued for its mood-enhancing and balancing effects. Also suitable for hair care.
• Monk's pepper - Monk's pepper (also called Vitex agnus-castus) can look back on a long tradition as a herbal remedy for menstrual problems and menstrual pain. Already used in ancient Greece to increase fertility, chaste tree is also repeatedly mentioned as a soft support during menstruation. The fact that this is the case is mainly due to the chaste tree's ability to have a regulating effect on the hormonal balance. It is also said to have anti-irritant, antibiotic and anti-inflammatory effects.
  
• The mystical substance frankincense (Boswellia Carterii (Frankincense) Resin Extract/Oil) is probably familiar to most from the smell. Frankincense oil or extract is obtained from the resin of the tree species Boswellia and has been used in Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years. Frankincense is considered an anti-inflammatory with over 200 active substances. Boswellic acid unfolds its soothing and anti-inflammatory effect, especially on blemished skin, neurodermatitis or skin afflicted with rosacea.
• Shea butter (Butyrospermum parkii (shea) nut butter) is obtained from the fruits of the shea tree. Shea butter has a long tradition as a care and healing agent. Rich in unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E and beta carotene, butter protects against environmental pollution, binds moisture, fights free radicals, promotes cell regeneration and makes skin and hair soft and supple.
• Grapeseed Oil (Vitis Vinifera Seed Oil) has a high content of linoleic acid and vitamins E and K. It is considered an oil with exceptionally strong antioxidant and cell-protecting properties. The oil promotes skin elasticity, has anti-inflammatory properties and has a regulating effect on sebum production.
• Coconut Oil (Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil) protects the skin from free radical damage and premature aging. The high content of lauric acid gives the oil its antifungal and antibacterial properties. Coconut oil is comedogenic but still helps against impurities and is suitable for acne-prone and sensitive skin. Moisturizes and makes the skin supple.
• Ginger (Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Oil) is rich in vitamin C and contains a large number of trace elements such as magnesium, iron, calcium, potassium, sodium and phosphorus. Ginger has an antibacterial and clarifying effect, stimulates the microcirculation of the blood vessels and promotes a fresher, healthier and more radiant complexion.
• Capsaicin is obtained from the fruits of the Capsicum plant, which are called peppers or chili peppers. Applied to the skin, the active ingredient triggers an analgesic effect and indirectly a heat stimulus. Its circulation-enhancing properties can help relieve cramps.
• Essential sandalwood oil (Santalum spicatum (sandalwood) wood oil) has a disinfecting and antiseptic effect and fights acne-causing bacteria. The astringent effect makes large pores look smaller and can regulate sebum production. It is also said to be slightly aphrodisiac and mood-enhancing.
