Can I also use this brush on my face? No, we do not recommend using this brush on the face as facial skin is more prone to irritation. The Body Brush is intended for your morning dry brushing routine and should only be used on the body.
How hard should I brush? Just hard enough so that it doesn't hurt. Over time, the skin will become less sensitive and you can increase the intensity. The skin should be well supplied with blood and slightly red afterward. Brushing should not be painful.
When and how often should I use the body brush? Dry brushing gives you an energy boost. It's best to use it in the morning so you can start the day feeling fit and full of energy! Start with 1 – 3 applications per week so as not to irritate the skin, then you can increase the number of applications.
Is dry brushing suitable for everyone? If you have minor skin injuries, simply avoid the affected areas. If you suffer from eczema, neurodermatitis or other skin conditions, you should not brush your skin. Caution is also advised if you have varicose veins or a strong tendency to spider veins. In this case, please consult your dermatologist first.

- 1. Legs
- The basic rule for dry brushing is: always brush towards the heart. Start at the feet and brush the legs in long, strong strokes from bottom to top, always from the feet to the bottom. Apply just enough pressure so that it doesn't hurt, but the skin may appear a little red.
- 2. Arms
- Start at the fingertips and brush upwards along the arms, always towards the heart. Reduce the pressure on sensitive skin areas.
- 3. belly
- Brush the chest and stomach in circular movements, always clockwise. Reduce the intensity of the brush strokes a little, as these areas are very sensitive.
- 4. Cleaning
- Tap the brush after each use to remove dead skin. The brush is not suitable for cleaning with water. Do not store the brush near heat sources (heaters) and store it in a dry place.
