With this vegan massage brush made of 100% pure vegetable sisal fibers you can brush all parts of the body particularly intensively. Sisal bristles are naturally firmer, providing an extra invigorating massage.

The sisal fibers of the Vegan Dry Brush by spiritual are obtained from the leaves of the Mexican agave. Sisal is naturally hard. However, the extra-long cut of ruhi ensures that the brush - compared to other natural fiber brushes - still is comfortable on the skin.

The ritual

Dry brushing, also called Gharsana, is an important part of the ancient Indian teaching of Ayurveda. The aim of dry brushing in Ayurveda is to move the lymph fluid towards the heart. This should lead to stored toxins and metabolic waste in the liver and kidneys and ultimately drained away.

Dry brushing also plays an important role in German health education. The treatment was made famous by the famous healer Sebastian Kneipp in the 19th century. Regular dry brushing should primarily prevent colds and infectious diseases.

Application

• Preparation: Use the Vegan Dry Brush on dry skin, ideally in the morning before showering. Begin the dry brush massage on the parts of the body furthest from the heart. Work slowly into the middle of the body with light, even brush strokes.
• The following steps Repeat 3–5 times each time. Just three minutes of dry brushing a day is enough to increase the energy level.
• Legs: Start the massage on the feet and stroke up towards the lower legs. From there, continue to stroke the thighs all the way to the bottom.
• Armed: Start at the back of your hand and brush your arms up to your shoulders.
• Stomach & back: Brush the brush in a clockwise direction over the stomach according to the course of the intestine. Now massage the back over the sides in circular movements.
• Done! Take a shower now to remove the flakes of skin. Then that Favorite body oil apply and enjoy the new energy and silky-soft skin.

• Cleaning: After each use, pat the brush on a hard, level surface to remove flakes of skin. The brush is not suitable for cleaning with water. Keep the brush in a dry place. Do not store near heat sources.
