The glow complex made from niacinamide and natural peptides from quinoa and peas ensures an even and soft skin tone, while non-nano zinc oxide provides safe broad-spectrum protection. Imperfections are gently corrected with a subtle, soft-focus radiant filter and a touch of tint.

Active ingredients

• Peptides are small proteins and consist of several amino acids. There are many different peptides that perform different functions in the body. Among other things, they are involved in the regulation of cell growth and repair and the formation of (larger) proteins such as keratin, elastin or collagen. This makes them a valuable and well-tolerated ingredient in skin care to combat premature skin aging, fine lines and sagging structures. Some peptides also have anti-inflammatory properties and help reduce blemishes like pimples and blackheads.
• Sunflower oil (Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil) has a high content of lionolic acid, antioxidants and vitamin E. It supports wound healing, has an antibacterial effect and helps the skin to regenerate. The oil fights skin impurities with vitamins A and D. The oil is well absorbed and the pores do not clog. For the hair, it is a natural moisturizer that strengthens the hair, promotes growth, removes frizz and adds shine.
• Niacinamide (vitamin B3) – support the synthesis of lipids and ceramides, which are essential for the skin's barrier function. They improve the skin structure and even out an uneven skin tone. The vitamins also help with hyperpigmentation and skin redness. Niacinamide can regulate sebum production and reduce overproduction. As a result, pores appear smaller and less "stretched". Thanks to its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, niacinamide can also have a positive effect on inflammation and moderate acne.
• Squalane or squalane oil (squalane) is a lightweight, non-comedogenic and non-greasy oil that leaves skin silky soft. Squalane is a natural component of our skin barrier and is therefore very well absorbed by our skin. It protects the skin from moisture loss and prevents the skin's own fats from oxidizing. The regenerating oil prevents age spots, reduces the appearance of wrinkles, makes the skin supple and promotes the oxygen supply and regeneration of the cells. It is mostly obtained from olive oil, more rarely from rice germ or wheat germ oil. For cosmetics, squalene is converted into squalane. Squalane no longer contains any unsaturated compounds and is therefore resistant to oxidation and has a longer shelf life. Incidentally, squalane was originally obtained from shark liver, hence the name. Squalus is the Latin name for shark.
• Zinc Oxide is a white pigment that occurs naturally. Zinc oxide is widely used in skin care, it works against pathogens and inflammation and promotes wound healing. Zinc oxide is also a mineral UV filter that protects the skin from harmful UVB and UVA rays. Mineral filters are small particles that reflect sunlight. The UV blocker is photostable so that it does not disintegrate under UV radiation and its protective effect lasts for a longer period of time.
• The essential rose oil (Rosa Damascena Flower Oil) from the flowers of the Damascena rose has an antiseptic, anti-inflammatory effect, stimulates blood circulation and supports cell regeneration. An anti-aging ingredient that smoothes the skin.
• Rosemary Extract (Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf Extract) - The medicinal plant from the Mediterranean region stimulates blood circulation and is slightly antibacterial. Mature skin benefits from the circulation-promoting effect. Rosemary can bring impure skin back into balance. In hair care, rosemary stimulates blood circulation in the scalp and thus improves nutrient absorption.
• Orange essential oil (Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil) is obtained from the peel of oranges by cold pressing. Orange oil has a lightening, antibacterial and astringent effect. This allows it to fight inflammation and impurities, regulate excessive sebum production and ensure a smoother complexion. In hair and scalp care, orange oil helps improve blood flow to the scalp, degreases the hair and can reduce dandruff. Orange oil contains limonene, aldehydes, linalool, citronella, citral, terpineol, vitamin C and geraniol. The scent calms and lifts the mood.
• Cedarwood Oil (Cedrus Atlantica Bark Oil) contains a variety of important ingredients for skin and hair. Vitamins A, B, D, E and F, minerals such as potassium, iron or magnesium, linoleic acid and various amino acids. The essential oil promotes blood circulation, stimulates hair growth and tightens the skin. It has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and soothes stressed scalp.
