Active ingredients

• Kakadu plum (Terminalia ferdinandiana fruit extraxt) is also called bush plum and is nature's richest source of vitamin C with 2.300 to 3.150 milligrams of vitamin C per 100g of pulp. It also contains vitamin E and ferulic acid and is therefore very rich in antioxidants. The active ingredient is also involved in the production of the amino acid proline, which in turn produces the skin-tightening collagen. Thanks to its antimicrobial properties, it even inhibits and soothes inflammation and redness.
• Niacinamide (vitamin B3) – support the synthesis of lipids and ceramides, which are essential for the skin's barrier function. They improve the skin structure and even out an uneven skin tone. The vitamins also help with hyperpigmentation and skin redness. Niacinamide can regulate sebum production and reduce overproduction. As a result, pores appear smaller and less "stretched". Thanks to its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, niacinamide can also have a positive effect on inflammation and moderate acne.
• Shea butter (Butyrospermum parkii (shea) nut butter) is obtained from the fruits of the karité tree. Shea butter has a long tradition as a care and healing agent. Rich in unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E and beta carotene, butter protects against environmental pollution, binds moisture, fights free radicals, promotes cell regeneration and makes skin and hair soft and supple.
• Safflower Oil (Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Oil) is obtained from the seed pods of the safflower or safflower. Cold-pressed safflower oil has a particularly high linoleic acid content and is therefore anti-inflammatory, supports balanced sebum production and works against impurities. Safflower oil can relieve eczema, redness, and itching. The oil also contains vitamins A, E and K, which are important for skin regeneration and help defend against free radicals.
• Castor oil (Ricinus communis seed oil) consists largely of ricinoleic acid, which has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. The oil works against impurities, moisturizes, improves the texture of scars and smoothes the skin. Its high content of vitamin E also helps fight free radicals and premature skin aging.
• Hyaluronic Acid (Hyaluronic Acid / Sodium Hyaluronate) retains moisture up to 1000 times its weight. Hyaluronic acid is a main component of the connective tissue, it fills and supports the connective tissue. Due to its ability to bind large amounts of water, it is responsible for the moisture content of the skin. Hyaluronic acid also promotes the firmness and elasticity of the skin. As we age, we lose our natural hyaluronic acid, which is a major cause of wrinkles. Hyaluronic acid helps fill in fine lines and plump the skin.
• Quinoa – known by the ancient Incas as the “mother of all grains,” this gluten-free superfood revitalizes skin and hair. Rich in vitamins and high in amino acids, it inhibits collagen breakdown, supports connective tissue, promotes healing and moisture retention and reduces signs of fatigue.
• Peptides are small proteins and consist of several amino acids. There are many different peptides that perform different functions in the body. Among other things, they are involved in the regulation of cell growth and repair and the formation of (larger) proteins such as keratin, elastin or collagen. This makes them a valuable and well-tolerated ingredient in skin care to combat premature skin aging, fine lines and sagging structures. Some peptides also have anti-inflammatory properties and help reduce blemishes like pimples and blackheads.
