Application
- File the fingernails into the desired nail shape and degrease the nails. Do not use hand cream or other care products before painting.
- Now apply the Top & Base Coat Elly thinly and evenly and let it dry, then apply the colored lacquer.
- Finally, paint over it again with Elly to protect the paint and give it a nice shine. The color stays intense and radiant for a long time.
