Application
- Start by cleansing your face as usual. Then apply a few drops of facial oil or cream to ensure adequate lubrication. Please do not use on dry skin.
- Starting at the center of the forehead, move the tool upward and outward toward the temple. Apply gentle but firm pressure, allowing the Gua Sha to follow the natural curves of the face, always moving upward and outward to direct the fluid toward the lymph nodes.
- Move the tool to the cheeks and center of the face and guide it outwards towards the hairline.
- Starting at the center of the chin, guide the tool along the jawline toward the ear. Continue past the ear and down the neck to the collarbone. Repeat on the other side.
- For the neck area, move the device from the collarbone upwards to the jaw with light pressure.
- Finally, massage the shoulders and neck. Apply firm pressure with the Gua Sha from the shoulders to the base of the skull to promote circulation and relieve tension.
