• Smoking is one of the oldest rituals in human history. On every continent and at all times, people have used the burning of parts of plants to produce certain effects and emotions. Smoking was part of everyday ritual but also associated with special celebrations, life events or annual festivals.
• How can I smoke? Light the incense bundle at the top, let it burn a little and then blow out the flame. Now an ember forms. You can keep the embers alive by supplying air - so wave them lightly in the air or blow them. To extinguish, stick it in sand or simply let it burn out. Now ventilate well and let in new energies.
• What else do I need? A fireproof bowl or plate so that the ashes don't fall on the floor. Take five minutes before and after smoking to fully concentrate on the ritual.
• How does it work? Science shows us that the scent molecules from the smoke pass directly into our limbic system through the nose. It is the oldest part of our brain and controls our emotions. This rudimentary part awakens our memories and manages our autonomic nervous system. The scent of the smoke alone has an influence on our entire body.

Ingredients

Organic wild dost, rosemary and yarrow. Harvested by hand on a small organic farm in southern Germany, bundled and gently dried.

Note: Smoking produces high temperatures. Please use fireproof materials and do not leave the incense unattended. The smoke can irritate the respiratory tract and eyes. Pay particular attention to small children and animals. If you smoke, you do so at your own risk. We assume no liability.
