Dab Happy with your fingers on the center of the cheek, then dab Flourish in the shape of a C onto the cheekbones and over the eyebrows. - The perfect cheek:
Distribute Effervescence as a subtle blush in the cheek cavities and work it out towards the top. Apply a touch of Happy to the cheek apples. Highlight and blend with flourish.
