Menstru® Balance is aimed at all women who suffer from hormonal imbalance during the menstrual cycle.

- Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and normal psychological function. The vitamin can also help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
- Typhophan is the precursor of the hormones melatonin and serotonin.
- Chasteberry and lady's mantle have a wide range of applications and are traditionally used especially with regard to female well-being.

What should Menstru® Balance capsules be taken for?
Menstru® Balance is aimed at people with a menstrual cycle who are affected by hormonal imbalance. Unfortunately, for legal reasons, we are not allowed to give any advice or recommendations on dietary supplements and plant extracts, which is why we recommend that you do your own research if you are interested and speak to a healthcare professional you trust.
How long should the capsules be consumed?
We recommend continuous use for at least 3 months. Initial changes may also occur earlier, but this is complex and individual, which is why a minimum consumption of 3 months is generally recommended. If you are unsure, we recommend consulting a medical professional you trust.
Pregnant women, breastfeeding women and children
Due to the ingredients they contain, our Meno Balance capsules should not be used during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding, or only after consulting a specialist. The capsules are also not suitable for children due to the ingredients they contain.

Buckwheat sprouts 280 mg
