How long do the capsules have to be consumed to see an effect?

We recommend consuming it for at least 3 months, as that is roughly how long it takes for hair to regenerate. In comparison, the skin only needs about 28 days to regenerate the top and visible layer of skin.

Can the capsules also be consumed during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

In principle, there is nothing to prevent you from taking hyaluronic acid capsules during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
