Ideally, the Innonature Lemon Morning® metabolism drink is consumed directly in the morning before the first meal. The combination of lemon, ginger and apple cider vinegar is a good start to the day. 

Can the powder also be consumed in warm or hot water?

Starting the day with a warm drink in the morning can be very beneficial and Lemon Morning® can also be consumed with warm water. Since vitamin C is heat-sensitive, we recommend not heating the Lemon Morning® above 40 °C.

How often can I consume Lemon Morning®?

You can dose and use Lemon Morning® according to your own needs. We recommend consuming Lemon Morning ® a maximum of 3 times a day.

Can Lemon Morning® also be drunk by children, pregnant women and breastfeeding women?

In principle, there is nothing wrong with consuming Lemon Morning® during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Of course, your individual tolerances play a role here, although it is important to ensure that ginger should be enjoyed in moderation during pregnancy. If you are unsure about the dosage, we recommend that you discuss consumption with a medical professional in advance. The same applies to the consumption of Lemon Morning® by children. Recommended consumption: Mix 1 heaped teaspoon (approx. 5g) with 200 - 300 ml of water. Ideally enjoyed before your first meal. Since Innonature does not use flow agents or pouring aids, small lumps may initially form in the drink, but these will dissolve after thorough stirring.
