- For best results, apply to eyelashes and brows morning and evening.
- Eyelashes: Cleanse your lashes so they're free of dirt and makeup. Apply the serum along the lash line with the thin brush.
- Eyebrows: Cleanse your eyebrows to remove all dirt and makeup. Apply the product in upward motions and comb through.
