You don't need to let the formula dry between coats, but for maximum volume, you should wait 30 seconds between coats.

Is Fullest Volumizing Mascara vegan?
Fullest Volumizing Mascara is cruelty-free but not vegan as it contains a small amount of ethically sourced beeswax.

What can I do to prevent mascara from transferring to my eye area?
To prevent the mascara from transferring to greasy or sticky eyelids, you should set your eye area with Soft Focus Finishing Powder. We also recommend avoiding heavy creams or oils on the eye area as these can cause mascara transfer.
