Application

• Apply a generous layer to dry skin and massage into face and neck using light, circular movements. Avoid eyes.
• Activate with warm water and rinse off.
• Recommended use: 1-3 times a week.

Active ingredients

• Belerian Myrobalane / Bibhitaki (Terminalia Bellirica) is an Asian fruit that plays an important role in Ayurvedic medicine and other Asian healing traditions. Bibhitaki is particularly popular with Amla and Haritaki, in the plant mixture Triphala, which is considered a "rejuvenating agent". Bibhitaki has an astringent, antibacterial and calming effect. Often used for skin irritation and inflammatory skin.
• Lotus flower/seed extract (Lotus Flower (Nelumbo Nucifera)) is rich in vitamins and contains proteins, tannins and flavonoids. The plant helps in the fight against oxidative stress and ensures better moisture penetration of the skin. Lotus has a calming effect, normalizes sebum production, strengthens the skin's protective barrier and thus protects against harmful environmental pollution. The beautiful aquatic plant was used by queens in ancient India for beauty baths and has a long tradition in Asia as an active ingredient in medicine and cosmetics.
• Ashwagandha / sleeping berry (Withania somnifera) is an integral part of Ayurveda and is also known as "Indian ginseng". The adaptogen supports collagen production, has strong antioxidant properties and has an antimicrobial and antibacterial effect. Adaptogenic herbs and plants help to keep our organism in balance.
• Licorice root extract (Glycyrrhiza Glabra Root Extract) has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. It is known for its skin-smoothing and itch-relieving properties. It is therefore used on inflammatory, irritated and sensitive skin. Its effect against viruses and bacteria makes liquorice a sought-after ingredient.
  
• Himalayan cherry / Padmaka / Himalayan cherry (Prunus cerasoides) is often used in Ayurvedic teaching to treat skin problems. Sesame oil also has a soothing effect, reduces redness and strengthens the skin's protective barrier.
• Almond oil / sweet almond oil (Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis / Sweet Almond Oil) is mild and well suited for the care of sensitive skin. Almond oil has a soothing, moisturizing and moisturizing effect.
