The I Quit Coffee Collection contains three blends, each with approximately 120g of powder. The base consists of roasted chicory root, barley, and rye, complemented by natural spices, flowers, and mushroom extracts. Usage

• Dissolve a teaspoon of coffee in a cup of water or milk.
• 120 g makes about 20 cups of coffee.
• Recommendation: 3 parts water and 1 part milk (cow's milk, oat milk, etc.)

How many cups can I drink per day?

We recommend starting with one cup per day to give your body time to adjust to the fiber content (if it's not used to a lot of fiber). Then slowly increase the amount as desired. The dose of mushrooms in each serving is specifically designed to be effective at one cup, but can be increased to several cups per day. Listen to your body and adjust the dose as needed.
