Application

• Recommendation: Use 1 teaspoon of Mulungu powder per cup.
• For a milder effect, use 1 teaspoon of mulungu per cup of hot water, let it steep for only 10 to 15 minutes, then strain. If desired, refine with honey or aromatic herbs such as lemon balm, tulsi, or rose petals.
• For a more intense effect, add 1 tablespoon of mulungu powder to 2 cups of water and simmer gently on the stove for about 20 minutes, until the liquid is reduced to about 1 cup. Strain and enjoy warm, ideally after you've planned at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep.
• Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with low blood pressure. Also not suitable for people taking antihypertensive medications, antidepressants, or psychotropic drugs. If in doubt, consult your doctor.
