Application

• To make tea, use about 1 tablespoon of petals per cup of hot water.
• Pour the flowers with almost boiling water and let them steep for 5-7 minutes. Keep in mind that longer steeping times will only make the tea bitter while losing the subtle flavor and feeling it conveys.

BLUE CHAI MILK
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Blue Lotus
1 teaspoon chai spices*
For an extra kick, optional: 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
Nut milk: Cashew, or almond
*Mix the following powders: 6 parts cinnamon, 2 parts cardamom, 1 part nutmeg, 1 part clove.
INSTRUCTION
Steep 1 tablespoon of blue lotus in a cup of hot water. Let it steep for about 6 minutes. Add a teaspoon of chai spice (and cocoa if you're feeling fancy) and a milk of your choice (I prefer fresh cashew milk).
