At the bottom of our homepage, above the footer, is the newsletter registration. Enter your email address, register and receive a one-time 10% voucher!  

The voucher for the first order for registration for our newsletter is only valid once per customer. Registering again with a different email address does not entitle you to another voucher. The Gift Card is only redeemable once per customer.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

Your package will be made ready for dispatch within 24 hours (working days). Shipping within Germany takes an average of 1-3 working days. For sample set orders, processing can take several days.

  • Do you also deliver to parcel shops and packing stations?

Yes, we also deliver to parcel shops, packing stations and post offices

IMPORTANT: For deliveries to DHL parcel shops, packing stations or branches, you must provide your individual DHL post number (6 to 9 digits). Please note the help in filling out the form below SHIPPING & RETURNS.

  • How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, we ship free of charge from 35 euros. Postage with DHL costs 35 euros up to 4,95 euros.

  • Delivery not possible

If the address details were incorrect or the customer cannot be found when DHL tries to deliver, the package will be kept for 7 working days at the nearest post office for collection. The postman leaves a note. Then the package will be sent back to us. The resulting return costs (€ 4,95) and additional shipping costs (for a second delivery) are borne by the buyer.

  • Are my goods insured?

Yes. All packages are insured against loss or damage in transit.

  • Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to most European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway , Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Schweiz, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

  • How much are the shipping costs abroad?

From an order value of 95 euros, we deliver free of charge to the countries listed above. For orders up to 55 euros, postage costs 11,95 euros. From 55 euros to 95 euros postage costs 7,95 euros.

Deliveries abroad are carried out by DHL.

  • Which payment methododen do you offer?

We offer the following secure payment methodsoden to:

  • Credit card (American Express, Mastercard, Visa)

With us you can pay conveniently and securely with your Master Card, Visa Card or American Express Card. Please have the following information ready: credit card, credit card number, verification number and the expiry date of your card. When you submit your order, you also provide us with your credit card details. After your legitimation as the legal cardholder, we will ask your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after the order has been placed. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by the credit card company and your card is charged.

  • PayPal Express 

In the order process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.

  • Klarna Sofort direct transfer

After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. To be able to pay the invoice amount immediately, you must have an online banking account with PIN / TAN procedure activated to participate in Sofort, have yourself legitimized and confirm the payment order to us. You'll get more information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be immediately executed immediately and your account debited.

  • Amazon Pay

With Amazon Pay you can pay safely and easily without entering your payment details: If you are already registered as a customer at Amazon, you automatically have an Amazon Pay account.   • Payment in advance / bank transfer

After receiving your order, you will receive an invoice. The invoice will be sent in a separate email. Usually the invoice is sent the day after the order is placed. You can pay the invoice by bank transfer. After receipt of payment, the order will be made ready for dispatch and shipped. Please note that a transfer can sometimes take 2 to 3 working days.

  • Is my payment secure?

All payment cards are secured with the PCI Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). PCI DSS is a standard that is issued by the leading international card payment providers through the PCI Security Standards Council. PCI DSS describes all the necessary requirements for the secure processing of card payments and includes all systems, processes and people who process, transmit or save card payment data. Shopify's compliance with PCI DSS must be confirmed annually.

  • Can I return a product? What is your return policy? How do I initiate a return?

Yes, you can return the product to us within 14 days of delivery.

A refund can only be made if the item arrives in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. A return in Germany costs a flat rate of € 4.95.

  • How are the products packed?

The package and filling material are made of recycled paper / cardboard and can be easily disposed of in the waste paper bin. The packaging tape is also based on paper, without synthetic glue and can also be disposed of in the waste paper bin. The enclosed postcard is printed on recycled paper. We are one of the few companies whose packaging is made entirely from recycled materials and is also completely recyclable.

  • What are Reward Points?
1. From the 2nd order you will receive bonus points for each additional order. You will receive 2,5% of the value of the goods as bonus points. Each of these points has the equivalent of € 1,00. These points can be redeemed the next time you shop.

  • How can I redeem Reward Points?
Please log into your customer account.

There are no restrictions, reward points can be used for every order. When you have accumulated bonus points, you have the option to use your bonus directly in the shopping cart. Simply select the bonus in the bonus field. Your credit will then be offset and the payment amount will be reduced accordingly.
