Five small incense bundles in a beautiful gift set. Aromatherapy blends for every situation, with the effects of sage, lavender, rosemary, mugwort and yarrow. Each incense bundle is hand-tied and unique and is enough for around 20 rituals.

• Smoking is one of the oldest rituals in human history. On every continent and at all times, people have used the burning of parts of plants to produce certain effects and emotions. Smoking was part of everyday ritual but also associated with special celebrations, life events or annual festivals.
• Lighting: Light the tip of the incense bundle with a candle for about 20 seconds, then extinguish the flame as soon as embers have formed. You can keep the embers alive by supplying them with air - so gently wave them in the air or blow on them.
• Ritual: Set an intention and move the bundle slowly back and forth. If you want to cleanse a specific room, walk around it.
• Finish: Let the bundle burn out on a fireproof bowl and ventilate the room well. Hello, new energy!
• What else do I need? A fireproof bowl or plate so that the ashes don't fall on the floor. Take five minutes before and after smoking to fully concentrate on the ritual.

Ingredients

All bundles were harvested, bundled and gently dried by hand on a small organic farm in southern Germany.

Size of the incense bundles. The incense bundles have a length of about 12,5cm to 13,5cm and a diameter of 3,3cm to 3,8cm. Each bundle is enough for about 20 incense rituals.
