Initially, Dr. Joseph Franz decided to study economics. But a sports accident led him back to his enthusiasm for nature. After his accident, he began to devote himself to his passion for herbal active ingredients and studied at the pharmacological university in Urbino. He also deepened his knowledge abroad and became intensively involved in naturopathy. His in-depth knowledge of the healing power of nature helped him to relieve his pain and even avoid an operation.

With inexhaustible curiosity and profound knowledge of plant-based active ingredients, he revolutionized the industry in 1986 by developing the world's first high-tech Natural Cosmetics®.
