John Masters Overnight Hair Mask is an advanced moisturizing vegan hair mask. It combines innovative ingredients to improve your hair's health, strength and smoothness.

The heart of the hair mask is vegetable keratin combined with crambe oil and coconut water. Jojoba esters, broccoli seed oil, aloe vera and hydrolyzed proteins from soy, wheat and corn are also used. The hair looks vital and refreshed overnight after each application and is perfectly moisturized for the subsequent styling steps.

Application

• Use before shampooing and massage into wet hair, paying particular attention to the lengths and ends.
• Leave on for at least 10 minutes. An exposure time overnight is ideal!
• Rinse the hair and finish with shampoo and conditioner.
• Style as desired.

Active ingredients

• Crambe Oil (Crambe Abyssinica Seed Oil) is obtained from the seeds of Abyssinian sea cabbage. The oil gives the hair a beautiful shine, softness and ease of combing. The special fatty acid pattern with a very high proportion of erucic acid gives the oil its special effect. The non-greasy Crambe Oil helps maintain moisture and the protective cell layers. The non-weighting Abyssinian oil is a valuable, natural alternative to silicone oils.
• The water from the coconut supplies hair and scalp with moisture and nutrients. In addition to minerals, vitamins and trace elements, coconut water also contains protein that strengthens the hair follicles and thus supports healthy hair growth. Coconut water can also help with a dry scalp that tends to dandruff and itching thanks to its antibacterial and antifungal effect.
• Camellia Oil (Camelia Oleifera / Japonica Seed Oil) – The light oil is quickly absorbed, moisturizes and reduces transepidermal water loss. Protects against oxidative stress and has an anti-inflammatory effect. Ingredients such as vitamin E and polyphenols are effective anti-aging ingredients that support cell regeneration and fight fine lines.
• Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein is obtained from wheat protein by hydrolysis. It strengthens the resilience of the hair by depositing itself as a protective film in the outer cuticle and thus reducing stresses such as exposure to the sun, straightening, blow-drying, salt and chlorinated water. The protein protects against dehydration, gives shine and makes the hair silky soft. The essential components are peptides and amino acids.
• Hair is mostly made up of keratin protein. Keratin can be affected by environmental influences and external stress. With too little protein, the hair looks lifeless and dull and can break. Proteins strengthen the hair, can rebuild it and make it resistant. Proteins help repair the cuticle and act as a protective shield for the hair shaft. Proteins fight signs of hair damage like split ends and excessive dryness.
• Aloe Vera Extract / Juice (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract / Juice) provides natural moisture, prevents the skin from drying out and strengthens the natural skin barrier. Aloe Vera contains vitamins, minerals, enzymes and essential amino acids. Provides oxygen to the skin and is believed to be effective in supporting cell renewal. Binds moisture, has a cooling, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect.
• Broccoli seed oil – Linoleic acid has anti-inflammatory properties and reduces skin redness and protects against environmental influences. Combats age spots and chronic sun damage. The light oil smoothes the skin and gives the skin a delicate and soft appearance.
• Radish Root Ferment (Leuconostoc / Radish Root Ferment Filtrate) is obtained from fermented radishes. The skin-friendly peptide has strong antibacterial and antimicrobial properties, is an effective moisturizer and strengthens the skin barrier. Used on acne-prone skin to inhibit the growth of bacteria on the skin.
