The Moonbeam Retinol Treatment Serum by HoliFrog is a powerful, deep-acting retinol serum. It is based on a combination of 2,5% encapsulated retinaldehyde, chaste tree to strengthen the skin, crocodile root extract supporting collagen and elastin and moisturizing and binding phospholipids and marula oil.

Application

• Begin this treatment gently. Retinol newbies should only use the product twice a week at night, gradually increasing the frequency as your skin tolerates it.
• You may experience slight redness, peeling, or irritation when first using this product.
• Apply a thin layer to the skin after cleansing and toning. Follow the serum with Grand Amino Cushion Cream to seal in moisture.
• Always use a daily sunscreen.

Active ingredients

• Aloe Vera Juice (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice) - contains vitamins, minerals, enzymes and essential amino acids. Provides oxygen to the skin and is believed to be effective in supporting cell renewal. Binds moisture, has a cooling, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect.
  
• Monk's pepper (Vitex Agnus-Castus Fruit Extract) is characterized by proven antimicrobial properties. The plant is also often used for impure skin or acne. In addition, the plant with its high proportion of free fatty acids, linoleic acid and artemetin can help improve the complexion.
• Honeysuckle flower extract (Lonicera japonica flower extract) is traditionally used in Japan and East Asia to care for inflamed or stressed skin. • Apricot kernel oil (Prunus Armeniaca kernel / seed oil) maintains the skin's natural protective layer, revitalizes and strengthens its elasticity. It is quickly absorbed, soothes stressed skin and leaves the skin feeling velvety. Apricot kernel oil has a high proportion of oleic acid and linoleic acid and makes the skin appear finer and well-moisturized.
