Three or five cosmetic samples of your choice. With our sample set you have the opportunity to test three or five products of your choice.
- Please enter your sample requests in the text field in the shopping cart.
- Perfume samples cannot be ordered with the sample set.
- Only one sample can be ordered per product. However, different color nuances of a product are possible.
- With the code PROBENSET you get a €3 discount, which reduces the postage to €1,95.
- The code PROBENSET is only valid for sample set orders only. If the code is used for regular orders, the order unfortunately cannot be executed.
- The sample set will be sent as mail with tracking.
We try to accommodate your wishes and can offer a sample of almost all products. If a brand does not provide a sample itself, we will fill a small quantity individually.
However, there are also (a few) products of which we cannot offer samples. Therefore, please also list one or two alternative sample requests.
- Usually one is enough Sample for 1-2 applications.
- Since we carefully hand-make many samples, shipping may take a few days longer.
- For individual fillings, we use small cosmetic jars or sealable bags.
- For self-filled samples, we cannot guarantee that each sample is the exact same amount.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any samples of perfumes in the sample set. However, you can order a sample of all perfumes with the respective product.
Note:
- Sample sizes of some products can be ordered directly in the shop for the respective product (e.g. perfume samples or samples from Lily Lolo or Fine).
- These normal "orderable" samples can not can be ordered via the sample set.
- Per product can only as well as a Samples can be ordered. We cannot accept repeated sample purchases of the same product.
- There are brands or products for which there are no samples. Here is a list of products or brands that are not available as samples. This list is by no means exhaustive and the availability of brands or products is subject to change at any time.

Of course, you can still specify 2 sample requests with a regular order. Sample requests combined with a regular order are free of charge.

Shipping to Switzerland with DHL International costs €14,95. We deliver free shipping for orders over €155.
For Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg and the Netherlands we also offer shipping with Warenpost International Premium. Here we deliver free shipping from €75, below which the shipping costs are €6,95.
For non-EU countries, shipping with DHL International costs €17,95. We deliver free shipping for orders over €155.
You can return the order to us within 14 days of delivery. We can only offer a refund or exchange for unopened, unused and undamaged products.
We pack lovingly and environmentally friendly. Cardboard, filling material and greeting card are made of recycled paper and the packaging tape can also be disposed of in the waste paper bin.
