On the Dermaroller, hundreds of tiny needles are lined up on a roller that is rolled over the skin of the face with light pressure. The fine micro-needles of the Dermaroller create a controlled and practically painless micro-injury to the skin. This starts the skin's natural healing process and increases the body's own production of collagen and elastin and stimulates the renewal of the upper layer of the skin.

The targeted use of the derma roller can significantly increase the content of collagen types I, III and VII, newly synthesized collagen and tropoelastin. This collagen induction can result in an overall more youthful appearance with fewer fine lines and wrinkles, smaller pore size, more suppleness and elasticity.
Microneedling can be used on the entire body to improve skin texture, reduce scars and soften discoloration. Even areas that are otherwise rather “no-gos”, such as the delicate skin around the eyes, can be treated (carefully!) using microneedling. The needle treatment is also suitable for deeper areas of the skin, such as acne scars.
Application
- Best the Use Dermaroller on clean and dry skin in the evening before going to bed.
- Disinfect the dermaroller thoroughly before and after a treatment. To do this, spray the roller with rubbing alcohol and rinse with boiling water. Then let the scooter dry completely and put the protective cover back on.
- For convenience, divide the face into four areas: right cheek, left cheeks, chin, and forehead. Now, with light pressure, roll the derma roller up and down or sideways to and fro 2-3 times. Then take the roller off the skin, put it back on, change direction and roll again 2-3 times. Repeat a few times and move on to the next facial area.
- Avoid lips and eyelids.
- Then tone and apply moisturizer. For example the Wild Rose Botanical Mist and then the Bakuchiol Serum or the Wild Plum Serum.
- The treatment only takes a few minutes and can be done with the 0,3 mm Dermal roller can be repeated 2-3 times a week.

- Note: Do not use the roller if you have sensitive, easily scarred or reactive skin. Do not use the tool on active acne as it can spread bacteria and cause infection. If you have specific concerns, we recommend that you consult your dermatologist first.
- Clean the scooter after each use and do not share it with others.
- Rinse with cold water.
- Spray roller with rubbing alcohol or colloidal silver.
- Rinse with freshly boiled water (so that the alcohol does not remain on the roller).
- Allow the roller to dry and then place it in the case to protect the needles.
