This intoxicating perfume celebrates the archaic rituals of burning incense to release healing energy and banish evil spirits. The exquisite blend of juniper, labdanum, frankincense and tonka bean makes us dance with the wolves.
- Top notes: Atlas cedar, frankincense, Sichuan pepper

- Base notes: Canadian balsam, labdanum, patchouli, sandalwood, styrax
Fresh, juicy notes of juniper are accompanied by rich, balsamic sandalwood, sweet and spicy patchouli, warming clary sage and the complex yet soothing vanilla and tobacco notes of tonka bean. Together, the aromas create a powerful elixir that promises a feeling of grounded well-being and clarity.
In fact, there are now more and more scientific studies confirming the effectiveness of these ancient rites. Juniper, for example, whose medical use dates back to 1550 BC and which was valued not only by the Druids but also by Ayurvedic and Egyptian healers, has been proven to have strong antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal properties. Sandalwood has a similar effect, it relieves anxiety, promotes better sleep and even helps to normalize blood oxygen saturation. Continuing this spirit of harnessing the power of plants is at the heart of Heretic, and for us, Smudge is the perfect expression of how scent can connect us with ancient traditions and knowledge to help us naturally cleanse, purify and heal ourselves.
Application
- Apply to the inside of the wrists, behind the ears, on the side of the neck or in the crook of the arm as required.
- Heretic Parfum uses natural, plant-based ingredients, which means their fragrances are light and transparent. To increase longevity, re-spray the fragrance regularly throughout the day.
- You can also combine the fragrance with other perfumes (layering) to create an individual fragrance blend and find your signature scent.
