Where do the algae come from and are they really less polluted than fish?

The algae oil comes from France. The algae are grown under strict controls to ensure that there is no contamination. The algae are grown by fermentation in bioreactors.

Are the Omega-3 capsules also suitable for pregnant women (the capsules contain rosemary extract)?

The amount of rosemary extract in the Omega-3 capsules is so small that it is safe and does not induce labor. If you stick to the dosage recommendation, you can take the Omega-3 capsules during pregnancy without any problems. We recommend 1 capsule daily for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Why has the ratio of DHA to EPA changed?
