The Facial Pore Refining Powder by Merme Berlin consists of 100% Niacinamide powder (Vitamin B3) in its purest and most effective form.

Niacinamide (vitamin B3) is a powerful, skin-regenerating ingredient that can visibly reduce and refine enlarged pores. It also strengthens the natural skin barrier, improves the skin structure and evens out uneven skin tone. 

Niacinamide can reduce the overproduction of sebum. By balancing the sebum production, the pores appear smaller and less “stretched”. The result is smoother, more supple skin. Niacinamide also reduces inflammation and moderate acne through its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Application

• In order to be able to penetrate the skin, the MERME Pore-Refining Powder has to be mixed with a Facial Mist, for example the Facial calming mist, clean water or a water-based care product (such as the Facial hydration serum) be completely resolved. Dilute a measuring spoon with 3 sprays of Facial Mist or 10 drops of water in the palm of your hand and mix until completely dissolved.
• Do not mix it with an oil as it will not dissolve properly.
• A tingling sensation may occur for the first 1-2 weeks. We recommend testing the powder on a small area first.
• Do not mix it with vitamin C or formulations with a pH of 5 or lower.
• Avoid contact with eyes or wounds.
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Store at room temperature, avoid moisture and keep tightly closed.
• Suitable for all skin types.

Application examples

• For maximum effect in water, a facial mist or water soluble serum Dissolve and apply to cleansed skin. Wait 10-15 minutes and then apply a serum oil or moisturizer. Niacinamide is also ideal for your morning routine as extra UV protection (SPF still recommended). Be careful not to use this formula at the same time as vitamin C - try to switch between the two.
