- The formula of ILIA's Limitless Lash Mascara provides extreme length and natural volume in a classic black. One coat of mascara lifts and lengthens lashes with a natural effect, while additional coats create a more dramatic look.
- First, use an eyelash curler to give your lashes an extra curl before applying mascara.
- Use the shorter bristles of the double-ended brush to add volume to lashes from root to tip.
- Use the longer, comb-like side to separate and define lashes while lifting and lengthening them.
- For an even more dramatic look, apply an extra light coat to the tips after separating your lashes.
- At the end of the day, simply remove the mascara with warm water or a light cleanser.

Many black pigments in the cosmetics industry are derived from an ingredient called carbon black. Studies have shown that carbon black is carcinogenic and should therefore be avoided if possible. We instead chose to obtain the black pigment from charcoal, which is a cleaner alternative.

No, but it is water resistant. So it doesn't smudge or flake off, but you don't have to pick at your eyes in the evening to remove it.
