Active ingredients

• Unsaponifiable olive oil (Olea Europaea (Olive) Oil Unsaponifiables) is the residue of olive oil that remains after saponification of the fatty acids. This unsaponifiable part contains valuable vitamins and phenols, which have strong antioxidant properties.
• Squalane or squalane oil (squalane) is a light, non-comedogenic and non-greasy oil that leaves your skin silky smooth. Squalane is a natural component of our skin barrier and is therefore very well absorbed by our skin. It protects the skin from moisture loss and prevents the skin's own fats from oxidizing. The regenerating oil prevents age spots, reduces the appearance of wrinkles, makes the skin supple and promotes the oxygen supply and regeneration of the cells. It is mostly obtained from olive oil, more rarely from rice germ or wheat germ oil. For cosmetics, squalene is converted into squalane. Squalane no longer contains any unsaturated compounds and is therefore resistant to oxidation and has a longer shelf life.
• Almond oil / sweet almond oil (Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis / Sweet Almond Oil) is mild and well suited for the care of sensitive skin. Almond oil has a soothing, moisturizing and moisturizing effect. Dry, irritated and mature skin benefits particularly. Almond oil makes the skin soft and supple and is also good for hair care. Vitamins and the high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids (especially oleic acids) strengthen the barrier function and have a protective effect.
• Bakuchiol / Bakuchi Seed Oil (Bakuchi (Psoralea corylifolia) Seed Oil) is obtained from the seeds and leaves of the Indian plant Psoralea Corylifolia and is considered a natural retinol alternative. A powerful plant for treating skin discoloration, hyperpigmentation and leukoderma. With antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties, Bakuchi promotes the natural shade of the skin and helps normalize individual skin pigmentation. Bakuchiol has been shown to stimulate collagen production, minimize wrinkles and lines, and improve the texture and firmness of the skin. The active ingredient has a long tradition as a medicinal plant in Ayurveda and in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Unlike traditional retinoids, it does not cause skin burning, irritation or redness.
• Argan oil (Argania Spinosa (Argan) Kernel Oil) is extracted from the kernels of the argan fruit. The unique argan trees only grow in southwest Morocco. The oil, which is rich in antioxidants and vitamins, is used in skin and hair care. The high fatty acid content (linoleic acid) promotes the development and maintenance of the skin barrier. Its anti-inflammatory properties help with problematic skin and the high vitamin E content protects against free radicals and promotes cell turnover. It gives the hair moisture, protects against environmental pollution, promotes a healthy appearance and relieves itchy scalp and psoriasis (psoriasis). The non-comedogenic oil also acts as a light, natural heat and UV protection.
• Macadamia nut oil (Macadamia Integrifolia (Macadamia) Seed Oil) provides a lot of moisture and cares for particularly dry, cracked and stressed skin. The oil has a skin-smoothing and regenerating effect. The beneficial mixture of unsaturated, healthy fatty acids and the high proportion of vitamins and trace elements have earned the macadamia nut the name “Queen of Nuts”. The fatty acid spectrum is similar to our skin's own sebum and is therefore very well absorbed by our skin. The oil is non-comedogenic and absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving any residue.
• Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil) - The high content of fatty acids makes the skin soft, supple and resilient. The oil has an antibacterial effect, is quickly absorbed and contains vitamins B, E, minerals and beta-carotene (provitamin A). Strengthens cell development and cell renewal, counteracts skin aging and strengthens the skin's natural protective barrier. Also very suitable for hair and scalp care. Incidentally, jojoba oil is actually not an oil, but a vegetable wax.
• Pink pepper (Schinus Terebinthifolia (Pink Pepper) Seed Extract) comes from the seeds of the Schinus terebinthifolia tree, which grows in the Amazon rainforest. In cosmetics, this extract is valued for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and firming properties. It also promotes collagen production in the skin.
• The natural spilanthol contained in the paracress (Jambú plant) is also often referred to as “natural Botox”. It gently relaxes the skin muscles responsible for the formation of wrinkles and has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects and can also facilitate the absorption of other active ingredients into the skin surface.
• Safflower oil (Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Oil) is extracted from the seed capsules of the safflower or safflower thistle. Cold-pressed safflower oil has a particularly high linoleic acid content and therefore has an anti-inflammatory effect, supports balanced sebum production and works against impurities. Safflower oil can relieve eczema, redness, and itching. The oil also contains vitamins A, E and K, which are important for skin regeneration and help defend against free radicals.
• Hildegard von Bingen already valued Astragalus, which originally came from Mongolia and northern China. The medically most important - Astragalus membranaceus - is one of the important plants of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The herb has been used in Asia for over 4.000 years, mainly to improve life energy, Qi. The root is also said to have positive effects on blood sugar and cholesterol levels and on our immune system. Astragalus contains important amino acids, fatty acids and minerals.
• Grape seed oil (Vitis Vinifera Seed Oil) has a high content of linoleic acid and vitamins E and K. It is considered an oil with exceptionally strong antioxidant and cell-protecting properties. The oil promotes skin elasticity, has anti-inflammatory properties and has a regulating effect on sebum production.
• Avocado oil (persea gratissima oil / fruit extract) is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E, proteins, copper, folic acid and magnesium – all building blocks for healthy skin and hair. Due to the high content of phystosterols, it is easy to spread and quickly absorbed. It supports the moisture balance of the skin, protects it from drying out and prevents wrinkles. In hair care, it adds shine, moisturizes dry, brittle and damaged hair, strengthens it and repairs damage.
• Hops extract (Humulus Lupulus (Hops) Cone Extract), obtained from the cones of the hop plant, is a valuable ingredient in skin care, known for its soothing and antioxidant properties. It helps revitalize the skin by reducing redness and soothing irritated skin. In addition, hops extract supports skin elasticity and can improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, making it an effective anti-aging ingredient.
• Vitamin E / Tocopherol enables long-lasting moisture retention between cells. This powerful antioxidant neutralizes harmful free radicals and can inhibit the oxidation of oil, thereby preventing blackheads. Vitamin E also promotes cell regeneration and strengthens the natural function of the skin's protective barrier.
